Nikon Service Warranty Policy
Digital Imaging Products


- Your Nikon equipment is warranted against any manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase at the authorized Nikon Service Facilities.

- The warranty card is issued only at the time of original purchase; it is non-transferable.

- The warranty must be presented at the Nikon service facility before any repair(s) is claimed under warranty.

- If the customer is unable to produce the proof of purchase ( i.e. receipts or invoices ), warranty period will be deemed from the date that the equipment arrives at the authorized dealers. Hence, please take note to keep your proof of purchase safely.


- Damages caused by accident, mishandling, self / 3rd party repairs, sand or water damages are not covered under this warranty.

- If the customer wishes to send their equipment to the Service Facilities by postage, all logistic or transportation costs (including insurance coverage) will be bear by the customer. Nikon is not responsible for the tracking or damages caused during 
the delivery of the equipments.

- The warranty for Imaging Products (e.g. Z series mirrorless cameras, COOLPIX, DSLR, Nikon 1 and NIKKOR lenses) is valid only in the country where you purchased the equipment. 
  Example: A digital camera purchased in Singapore will not have the repair covered under warranty in Hong Kong.
